Girls just wanna have fun! Well it’s true… and Bella was doing caught doing just that a few days ago while partying during an after party for the 2014 Young Hollywood Awards. At the party the teen was caught living it up while sporting a short purple wig in the form of a styling bob haircut. She also wore some a chic leather outfit to go with!
